Founded in 2009, Kingsbury was quickly established as a market leading investment and development agency.

We have always done things differently and have helped shape the industry and influenced the way many newer businesses operate today.

Our proactive, results-driven ethos has created a distinctive Kingsbury DNA which our clients have come to expect and identify with.

The twenty-somethings who established Kingsbury are now forty-somethings, and continue to drive the business as it evolves and matures into a uniquely placed real estate practice with multiple points of differential, ensuring the continued success for our clients and partners.

2009

Kingsbury is founded as an investment and development agency

2014

Agency Director, Jordan Oldfield joins the business and helps develop our team of pro-active and results driven deal markers

2016

Firmly established as market leaders, our agency team exceeds £1.5bn in deals across London and the South East

2019

We exceed £100m of assets and projects under management across residential, commercial and development sectors; headed by Matthew Coates

2020

Our agency business merges with a leading New Homes agency to provide an enhanced sales service for our developer clients

2022

Research and data becomes the driving force for new deal flow and control of future Partnership acquisitions

2023

Our brand is refined and updated to focus on investment and development agency services, whilst expanding our Partnership division across all sectors

2024

We will continue to drive the business with the same ethos and energy that has always defined our work. We look forward to working with you.

Our Purpose

We believe real estate should enhance communities and create places where people want to come to live, work and socalise. We are proud to have played a key role in the delivery of over 8,000 new homes and helped shape our urban and municipal centres.

We are committed to giving back to the communities in which we work, and for causes close to the hearts of our team.

We support a selection of charities; Shelter who provide help to solve homelessness in London; Oasis Childcare Centre in Cobham and Harry’s Hydrocephalus Awareness Trust (Harry’s Hat).
